There are a number of professional movement psychotherapy associations in Europe,  including: Germany, Poland, Russia, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, Hungary, Greece, and Latvia, and here in the UK we have ADMP UK. The European Association Dance Movement Therapy (EADMT) is an umbrella organisation which represents national professional Dance Movement Therapy associations throughout Europe. It aims to promote and further develop professional practice, the legal recognition of the profession, and the quality of Dance Movement Therapy practice and trainings in Europe.
